As a top 1% award-winning mortgage broker since 1998, I have dedicated my career to empowering families and individuals in their journey toward homeownership. My inspiration stems from witnessing my mother's remarkable journey from an immigrant who cleans houses for a living, to a successful real estate investor, a testament to the transformative wealth building power of real estate.

Professionally, I hit the ground running at the age of 20, swiftly closing over a million dollars in loan volume and earning the distinction of the youngest broker to achieve this milestone in my company's 200-year history. My accolades include multiple 'Grow for the Gold,' 'Top Mortgage Originator,'' President's Club' awards, recognition as a Top 10 Latino mortgage broker from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and inclusion in the top 1% of mortgage originators ranking in the Scotsman Guide's Top Mortgage Originators rankings nationally.

My unique point of difference lies in my client-centric approach, combining deep industry knowledge with empathy and integrity. I pride myself on offering comprehensive advice and competitive rates, backed by my experience overseeing over 20,000 families with their home loans.

A notable highlight of my career was co-hosting a national mortgage radio show for a decade with Kerri Kasem, reaching millions of listeners and helping thousands navigate their home loan journeys.

My community involvement, shaped by personal financial challenges and learning, includes serving as a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach and active participation at my local Christian church and local charity initiatives.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my wife Brenda and our daughters, enjoying Southern California's beauty, and we are deeply involved in our church community, serving as a mentor and leaders in various ministries bringing the light of Jesus Christ to the world.
